Apagen at Odoo Community Days India 2025 Recap

Today, we will be exploring our experience at the Odoo community days 2025 in India which was a gathering of innovators, developers, and business leaders from around the globe. Our core team started off to the IGI International Terminal 3 on the 12th of August 2025 to board our flight towards Ahmedabad airport. After reaching there we moved towards our Hotel.

The view from our room was amazing. The location was just around 4 km away from the Mahatma Mandir, Convention and Exhibition Centre Managed by the Leela where the event was to take place. After getting fresh we moved towards the event venue to setup our booth.

13 Aug 2025 marked India’s biggest hub for technology and business convergence with keynote address by none other than Fabien Pinacker himself. After that, we also went on to our booths for demonstrating what solution we had customized over a decade long expertise(after multitude of solution implementations) on Odoo for the industries like – manufacturing, construction, healthcare, media, and more.

A lot of users having problems in their business operations started coming to our booth to have a sound conversation to understand how our solutions could help them. Mr. Prateek understood their pain points and helped them in making them understand the bottlenecks and how we could resolve the issues using our solutions.

One pharmaceutical manufacturing business owner had multiple plants and were having issues with their bill of materials and procurement. We had a brief discussion on their pain points and helped them out on how they could manage them.

Also, we had opportunities in collaborating with other specialized industry vertical solution providers at Odoo Community Days 2025 from within our country. They were keen in understanding the methodology that we use for our solution implementations and the industries we work on.

We also had some happy moments and took initiative for a construction industry sub contractor looking to streamline their business operations. They were having problems that included – payment issues, labor shortages and skill gaps, poor coordination with their contractors, quality control problems, compliance issues and cash flow mismanagement.

Odoo team members also came across our booth and took a notice on what workflows we were using to customize our solutions, and they had to say that our booth was Lakshman Rekha for them.

Apart from that, Fabien Pinacker, CEO of Odoo also visited our booth and we had a brief moment and discussed regarding what we had built over the years and how the solutions on Odoo were helping our client businesses around the globe.

Fabien Pinacker was really impressed with our approach and solutions that we have implemented for different industry verticals.

Lastly we had a memorable time interacting and networking with partners business owners from various industry verticals. So all in all Odoo Community Days 2025 was not just an event it was a glimpse into the future of digital transformation for all.
